Family cases are rarely only legal problems. Our family team is instructed in divorce, children and domestic abuse matters across the North West — and the barrister who advises you at the first hearing is the barrister who represents you at the final one.
We act in financial remedy claims from modest asset cases to those involving businesses, trusts and overseas property, and in children proceedings at every level of the Family Court and the High Court. Several of our members sit as Recorders and Deputy District Judges in family work.
We accept instructions from solicitors and, in suitable cases, directly from the public under the Direct Access scheme.
